Once order is placed, please allow 3 business days to process your order. After item been processed, shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on the location it is being shipped to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.



If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delays can happen, we are not responsible for delays and will not refund due to an delay.  

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays when carriers do not pick up packages. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to possible fraud. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. If you place your order outside of business hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped.  If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address. The package will be held for 5 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. Peach Moon  is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC)  lose or misplace your package.
